Looks like you did a real nice job on that. How did it test?
I will put the gasket on tonight and test tomorrow. I will let you know ! Thanks
Wow it looks like a great build .i will a wait for the test run
I'm jealous..............I looking for what you have..............good luck and you look like your off to a good start
Closer pics of your sausage hanging rods please! This is something I need to add to mine as I have many lbs of deer waiting to be smoked!
Awesome job! Doesn't look like you left anything out on that build!
The rods are dowl rod from the local hardware store 5/8 wood rod. The metal brackets are 1" pipe cut in half and welded to a small plate pop riveted into the side. I will get you a better pic this evening. Works great.
Ok test run was awesome. This unit works like a champ. Ran it up to 300 with no problem over a 4 hour period, out a 10 hour smoke on it as well to season it out. Used my new A-MAZ-N Pellet smoker and it did great as well. I have to say I was a little sceptical of this thing, but WOW it smokes like crazy, and gets the job done. Can't say how pleased I am with this unit.
