Hello,

I've been smoking meat for a few years here in the Great state of Virginia USA. I've smoked in all types of smokers over the years and recently I have enjoyed some of Jeff's recipes. I'm currently using a Master Built 40" Electrical Digital Stainless Steel Smoker and have been quite impressed with its ability to maintain temps. I only wish they had a bigger hopper for the wood chips so I wouldn't have to feed it every couple of hours. I also own and use a hand built whole hog smoker that I've done 50 or so whole hogs on over the years for friends and family, produces some awesome hog. I am now starting to get into homemade Sausage and learning how and what to smoke them in... I would appreciate any sausage recipes that are out there, and willing to be shared.
