What's going on Guys and Gals! This is DanielSon, straight out of South Mississippi, looking for some of you Mr. Miyagi's to show me the way!! I'm just about to invest in a Weber Smokey Mountain, 18.5 inches, and I'll b ready to put it to use on day ONE!!!! I currently use my grill (MasterForge) and set it up with a water pan and indirect heat to do all my "smoking" but now its time to get the tool made for the task!!! Im interested in all meats and veggies smokable!!! Poultry, pork, beef, whatever!!! Let's just smoke and eat!!!! Any wood is fine with me, I use cherry, pecan, apple, hickory and mesquite, and some times I even mix them!! But trust me, I'm a blank canvas and I need someone to help!!! Please and I appreciate it!!!

    Fromthe Hospitality State,
    DanielSon
