My name is Duane. I've been grillin' and chillin' on the Lake Michigan shore in West Michigan for years. Some friends have been into smoking and I contracted "smoker-envy". I'm looking forward to trying as many new recipes on as many types of meat and other edibles as possible, including our locally caught salmon & steelhead. I'm using a Masterbuilt electric with remote & have already had some success with a beef brisket and now I'm on to some baby backs.
