New Colorado Smoker

I am originally from NC and lived in SC before moving to CO so have done allot of pig pickin'. I love to cook so have decided to try smoking since was in need of a new grill. Just purchased the Oklahoma Joe's 3 n 1 grill/smoker. Have read allot about the mods for this model so will begin baffle plate, seals , smoker box , chimney extension etc once get the grill home and fire it up.

Will be using this forum to help learn the inside tricks of smoking. Will take any suggestions I can get.
