New cheap brinkman... new to smoking

    Did a couple while pigs before and wanted to try smaller sections of meat for dinners. So far only did a 8 pound pork shoulder on it and today 4 pound pork loin (almost done). How do u guys keep temp constant. This thing only has an "ideal" range but don't know what temp that is. How do u control smokertemp
