Hi people im new to the world of smoking. My name is jamie and im from the uk so smoking isnt as big over here as it seems to be in the us. But after watchin a few american food shows like man v food and diners drive-ins and dives which seem to have a lot of tastey looking smoked food i decided id love to have ago my self. After looking around on the web for a decent smoker i saw there was quite a few makes and models with a big price difference. But im a welder by trade so i decided i would go ahead and make my own so after abit more surfing the web i had a desing in my head i think you would call it a double barrle style smoker i will try and post some pics for you all to see so you can let me know what you all think i have used it a few times but i will talk more about that in another post. So thats a little about me i hope to pick up some good tips and tricks and nice recipies from you more seasoned smokers on here
