new book added to my arsenal

    Went to Barnes & Nobel tonight and got the Charcuterie book from Michael Ruhlman. Looking forward to yet another learningcexperiance.
     
  2. The new revised and updated edition (September 3, 2013)?
    It's just been overhauled.
    I hope they finally fixed all the problems that were in the previous edition.
