to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.

If you need any help roaming around here in SMF....just give me a shout.  Happy to help any time!

Mak, morning and welcome to the forum......

Big Chief style smokers have made some great smoked food over the years... I have the partner, Totem Smoker....  It has been in use at my place for over 25 years.....  I still use it for salmon, as trying to learn the ins and outs of a new smoker is too much work and can ruin a good fish....  Several folks on here still use them....  It's hard to beat a well designed smoker....

Happy to see a fellow western Pennsylvanian on here.

BTW - that brisket at the Cranberry Walmart is MINE as soon as they slap the mark-down stickers on the goodies that didn't sell for the 4th of July. But, if you beat me too it just let me know when it is done.

Happy Smokin'. ;-)
