Hello all

I am a long time resident of southern Oregon. I have done some smoking in the past. Started out a number of years ago with a converted fride, primarily smoking fish, (salmon & steelhead). I used that til it finally fell apart. Then pick up an inexpensive smoker, but was never satisfied with it, but tolerated it.  I am wanting to start smoking other meats and sausage. I have just purchased a  propane smoker thinking it would have better heat control. but while assembling it there was missing parts and defective door. I am wandering if anybody has  any experiences with the customer service of Smoke Hollow?

For now....Just waiting to get started.

Glad you joined us Frank, :welcome1: from North Dakota!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

Frank, Welcome to Smoking Meat Forums! I run a propane smoker on occasion; mine's a GOSM Big Block and it's looking like it's time to replace the burner.

Have you contacted Smoke Hollow about the missing parts? We have a number of SM users here so hopefully someone will check in.

Enjoy the Smoke!
