It's not a Smoker, but sure is a BBQ!

This is a commercial Piri Piri Chicken oven, was originally lined with Fire Bricks, but removed them because of the weight.

Lined with Vermiculit mixed 5-1 with Cement.

15 Kg (33Lb)

Here's some background to my remark: Our local Greek church has a Greek Festival over the Labor Day weekend. Many grills. They have lambs on spits, lamb chops, souvlaki, etc.

That rig of yours would fit right in.




Rain doesn't stop them.
