Greetings. I'm looking forward to joining you all. I've been smoking about 18 months, about 12 operations. Still using El Cheapo Brinkmann, Probably will til it falls apart. Modifications I've made ought to help that along. Live and smoke on Long Island, in NY. Best to date  2 nine pound shoulders for pulled pork. Out of control good. Biggest gaff: Used the Minion method for the first time last week and heat went to 450 degrees. (Did something wrong).

Ought to be fun hanging with you all.
