Hallo All, my name is Rob and I live in a small town called Ouderkerk a/d IJssel which means Old Church on the IJssel (river), east of Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. I’m 55 and work as a HSE manager for a construction company. I am new to smoking and the very few times I have done it, it was great, although not all my neighbours agree.  We don’t have much choice in smokers here in Holland so that’s why I love reading about the great things you have and looking forward to learn all about it.

Welcome to the forums, Rob! Glad you've joined us. You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food! There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another. Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
