My assistant here yes a golf cart riding turkey is always hanging around while I'm in my garage. I guess she doesn't want to be in the smoker one day!!!

If all goes well I should be get the smoker back from the blasters today... Pics to come

Getting closer!!! Spent all day Saturday finishing the paint, wiring the lights and putting on the wheels. Got the spalted maple wood on I love the look of it. Was going to season the CC and racks but the weather was on and off rain. Really looking forward to using it.

Seasoned it over the weekend but took the time to run it and get a feel for it would do.
Took less than 30 minutes to get to 260. Ince it hit 275 I made all my draft adjustments but noticed that by just closing the chimney a 1/4 inch dropped to 250 quickly. I plan on making ribs this weekend I'll post picks and update.

Thanks. Getting a lot of compliments and even some build request. But for now i'm retired.
