I have grown old seeing  men using Huge  BBQ pits for smoking pork in North Carolina. So  for my 65th birthday, I told my husband  I want a smoker.  Used it today for the first time   . It was a long hard day,but well worth when every one loved it.  I used your advise and recipes,so thanks  to all of you.kb65nc
