Hello everybody!!  My name is Chris and live in good old Brooksville, FL.  I work in the public service field.  I am definately not an expert when it comes to grilling, as I like to stick with the basics.  I just purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker 30.  As the title of my post reads, I have absolutely no experience with a smoker.  I figured an electric smoker might be a good start for a beginner.  Right now I am pretty much looking for simple and easy recipe's/tips for my new smoker.  I think one of the first things I am going to try is the recipe in a post titled "Scarbelly Wings (Buffalo Style)" by S2K9K.  They look great.
