We were the last team to leave the Paint&Pork fest sunday

and this little guy was left behind.

I wonder how long it was before they realized they left it? The team was from georgia

Evidently they didnt want it. How could you leave a smoker behind???????? Thats like leaving your kid...We'll I thought about it a few times...

Well this is one of those times where I would want to load it up and roll out.

BUT

I think I would have to try and get in touch with the team, theres teams out there that work there tail off for what little they have and then theres others that have money to burn. Its a 50 50 shot on what kind of team it belonged to. Maybe they had a bad cook and planned to leave it, or maybe it just got forgot.

I would have to say that I would be grateful if some stranger called me up and said, Hey man I think I have your smoker.

Now maybe you'll get the (I left it cause I didnt want the piece of junk) Or the ( OMG you really have it.)

Either way you win, if you get to keep the smoker thats cool but even if you set up a meeting and give it back, thats cool too.
Never know, you may be that guy on the side of the highway with a flat someday and the smoker owner may be the one to stop and help ya out.

Your right Tom, The sticker on the smoker had the team name but no #

I'm sure they got it back. You know the type of people that do comps, There all nice folks.

And I know what it costs to do those events, so no matter how bad i wanted to give it a nice home, i could'nt do that to anyone.

And who's knows, it could make for one heck of a wrestling match at a comp some day when the original owner might see it. LOL
