Neigborhood cook wQview

Well after the gathering last weekend my neighbors talked me into a little cook out tomorrow night. SO after all the great food we had last weekend I'm going to make some MOIKS, ABTS,smoked wings and some smoked hotdog for the kids (they love them). Made up the moinks tonight. Used 2 lbs of burger and 1lb of italian sausage with a chunk of colby jack in the middle. WIll add the ABT's and wings tomorrow. Picked up 50 peppers tonight.

the burger,itialian sausage, onion, breadcrums,salt, pepper, worshershire,egg ,tablespoon of hot sauce. Basically what ever I found in the frigde handy.

Yes the gathering was really fun and it was nice to meet you and your family and friends. Now thoses moink balls and ABT"s look great so far but like Laurel asked HOW did it turn out. I bet they were good for hey were at the gathering. See ya next year.
