i am building a smoker out of antique fridge and i am having a hard time making a with what kind of heating element to use . i bought a digital thermostat that will control the heat but when i look at heating elements the reviews are not very convincing . so i came here to talk to the experts lol . i want to run 110 watts just not sure which one will do the job 
 
thanks that was one of the ones i had been looking at . Just needed to hear it from other people that know what they are doing
