I've been giving Advanced Search a workout and cannot seem to find the 3-2-1 method how-to thread. I've got a rack all rubbed in Jeff's rub+ and I've mixed up his sauce+ and want to smoke the ribs but I've forgotten the process. I will do them on my Weber 22.5" kettle using the Minion method and hickory.
Is there a sticky for 3-2-1? If not, shouldn't there be? I didn't even see ribs given a sub-category in Pork. What am I missing?
