need an experts advice

    Hey guys I need some help please.im not sure if this is the right area to post this question. I do a lot of smoking manly ribs, butts and chickens I have smoked a few briskets but I have never smoked a ham so im here to ask for some help on how do smoke one. I've read some post about double smoked hams and I've bought a nice ham( I think) but if any one could tell me the best way to go about preparing one to smoke here are some pics of how big she

    You can't go wrong with Jeff's recipe. It is very good.

    Only thing about the recipe is the wife doesn't like mustard
