  1. I finished up the wood tray mod. Now I have 3 times the water capacity and twice the wood.
    Next is the Rib-o-lator mod and a water funnel to the dutch oven/wood tray.

  3. I ran it with both burners at full for about 10 minutes and it hit 300 with ease. Thats with both lower vents completely closed. Turned it to low and it took around 25 minutes for it to cool down to cooking temp. I think that with a little practice I could crank the heat to around 200 and turn the unit to low and by the time the thermal momentum subsided the smoker would be right at 225.
