Tomorrow is supposed to be National Cheeseburger Day and I was curious what cheeseburgers would you all be making? Mine is this-The Paul Newman burger, Chuck, Sirloin, and Brisket mixture. For my burgers I will use 1lb of chuck, 1/2lb of each sirloin and brisket season with just salt and pepper. Haven't decided on which cheese to use or bun!

Not sure we will do any but stuffed are a fave for us,the beer can where you push the can into the ball of meat and form around the can and stuff are pretty tasty as well. Your meat mixture sounds great looking forward to your pics!
