Hello all, Ran across your nice forum community here a few days ago while drooling over some YouTube videos of ribs/brisket and fell in love. For a couple years now I have been wanting to get into the smoking side of outdoor cooking and and have gotten that kick I needed when coming across this site. I love the loads of information and how helpful everyone seems here. Cant wait until I decide which smoker I want to go with and the snow to disappear from the backyard and begin a new found passion of Smoke.

Thank you to the genius who began this community!!
