I bought this back in February because it looked like smoking material. It sat in the freezer and now its time to do something with it. The problem is I don't know what the heck it is or how to go about smoking it! Checked on line but could not find anything. Its boneless beef but looks all most like country pork ribs. Each finger is about a foot long and about 2 inches in diameter. Its still frozen so I could not get a good picture of it.  Any help sure would be appreciated!

I am thinking Texas rub, 225 deg.  no foil, with perhaps IT around 200, then pull them, but then again what do I know, I buy mystery meat!!!       Thanks for the help

Thanks onneeye, that's what I was thinking to. Was going to do pork ribs this weekend but I believe I will do these instead. Will have to check the forums for a starting point for boneless beef ribs but I would think they would be done like bone in, maybe a bit longer to render the fat.
