My very fist smoke!!

I'm very happy with my first attempt at smoking, caught a bunch of mackerel yesterday afternoon, had them overnight in the cure and fired up the MES this morning, 2 hours at 200 f  seemed to have them nicely cooked but I felt they needed 30 minutes more at 250 f just to remove some of the moisture, that did the trick and boy are they good!!, still very moist and very succulent.

I know how you guys like to see some pics so here you go, any comments are welcome.

That's my boat across the bay from my house, I set up the smoker on my little dock on the beach, so it's not far from boat to smoker..that's what I call fresh!!. enjoy.
