my version of the chipoltle bowl......

    used the left over rib eye and put together some bowls..

    used:
    rib eye with lime chilli sauce.
    brown rice
    sweet corn with salsa and garlic powder with pepper
    cheese
    and pinto beans
    with a dab of sour cram and guacamole...

    enjoy!!

    It all sounds very tasty, and thanks for sharing those appetite stirring pics. I must have missed something... where does the chipotle coming into play? Could it be in the salsa?

    no, theres a fast food place here that is called chipoltle's. you line up and order what you want in it (kinda like subway). they make the biggest fatest burro's youve ever seen. anyway they put the filling in a bowl instead of a tortillia. its alot better for you then the 1200 calorie burro they make.

    Thanks for turning on the light bulb, now I get it. I didn't know Chipotle had a place in your area, nice to know.
