    Patience grass hopper.  How many vents did you put on that?

    4   3/4 vents

    You should have had  four 3/4 vents...  2 with valves and 2 with nipples and caps

    I wanted you to start slow.. Maybe light 12 - 15  next time if you want hotter faster.

    I have 3   3/4 in intake valves.  2 with caps and 1 with ball valve.

    And we are at 250 now.

    There's the deal... I'd add another valve.  You'd  be there if you had it.  I should have reminded you

    Will my set up work?  I dont care if it takes longer to get up to temp.

    Just add another one when you can... You'll want it for chicken.   Heck my mini has 4  3/4ers

    Yep its fine... Just keep around that temp  for a while then dial it back for your burgers.

    Seems like alot of smoke compared to my MES.

    I am in season mode.

    I am not ready for the burgers yet.

    I am at almost 1 hour but not ready to cook them yet.

    Started seasoning early so I could play with it before cooking.

    Might not be able to sear thou.
