My two chuck roasts

  1. These two took a little longer than expected, but turned out amazing. I pulled both around 185. Wrapped one in tinfoil, cubed the other and poured on some bbq sauce to make some "burnt ends." Threw them back into the smoker for another hour and a half. Wish I could eat more but I'm stuffed!!!

    Those both look fantastic! It's hard to stop when it comes to burnt ends!
