Here's what I did on my Traeger 075:

13# Turkey and additional 2 Turkey Legs & 6 Chicken Legs, A Fattie filled with Mango Jalapeno Sausage, Pepperoni, Provolone & 4 Cheese Mix, and A Prime Rib:

Rounded it off with some Pteradactyl Eggs, Corn on the Cob, Mashed Potatoes and some more smoked Mango Jalapeno Sausages

Everyone loved it - lots of food, lots of good friends, and a whole lot of fun!

lookin good, quite the thanksgiving spread!

Thanks!

The rest of the pics of the Turkey and everything else is in the Turkey Throwdown Q-View thread.

I got leftovers for a week!

Looks great, What temp did you smoke the prime rib at? did you put it in a pan at all or leave it on the rack the entire smoke? What pellets did you use? I am looking to do one on my traeger in the near future.

Man I love a good prime rib roast. I get them bone in and to me they are better with the bone in. But you did a heck of a job with the rib and then a turkey and all the fixins too. Great job and Happy thanksgiving leftovers day.

I had it on Medium and then kicked it up to High when it got to 120 Internal so it would crisp up the seasonings on the outside a little - at the same time the bird was getting the crisp skin treatment as well.

I looked like you placed alluminum pans under the rack, am I seeing correct? If so did you place fluid in them or just to catch the drippings

I use aluminum pans underneath the rack to catch the drippings - it seems so much easier than refoiling the whole drip tray (as that gets messy too), and having to dump out the grease bucket. Depending on what I'm cooking, I sometimes put some liquids in them - but usually they just catch the drippings, as the drip tray gets so hot, it just evaporates the liquid in the trays (unless I put a lot in). Hope that made sense.

I change out the foil in the aluminum trays every cook.

Thanks for the info Tom. I will give it a try on my traeger
