my smoker

my smoker is the little outers hickory smoker

it has three racks full of little trout fillets

and a small pan on the bottom with the wood chips (soaked)

and I was wondering how long do I smoke them ?

Welcome to the forums!  You'll like it here, its the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...Hopefully someone over in the fish forums can get you the answer your looking for as far as cook time for that trout.
