My Smoked Chicken For Dinner Tonight

    I have it resting in some brine that is beer and some rub. I will then smoke it after covering it in rub at 275 for 2-3 hours and chow down[​IMG]

    I did not any spices to the one as it is for my child, but boy did he love my pulled pork sandwich I bought at a local fair this weekend!

    Well they were delicious and sorry I didn't get any finished product pictures as I was flying all around last night to get our car back from the mechanic

    They look great, how long did you have smoke on them? And do you think it was neccassary to bribe them first? I'm only asking because I want to make these tonight and I don't want to have to wait for them to brine haha
