My Personal Step by Step to a Boston Butt (W/Q View)

    Seeing That this Boston Butt is my best one to date, I thought I'd post my photos. Pretty proud of this one.

    Started with a 8# Smithfield Bost Butt

    Creation of the Rub

    Ready to go on


    Wrapped and Injected w/apple juice

    Refridgerated for 24 hours


    In the smoker w/ Apple Wood


    4 hours in


    8 hours in


    Ready to Wrap and rest - pulled one hour later

    Nice looking man, looks like a near perfect pull for me.

    Obviously little or no sugar in your rub, no burning.

    Excellent job! So how ya gonna top it next time? Thats the problem about a good smoke.
