We took an old wood stove and used it as the firebox. We also installed a pump on the front if the wind does not want to cooperate with me. Also in the rear of the smoker is a spit. My favorite part about this smoker is we bought cast iron stove grates and you can put them right on top of the firebox for side dishes. Love this toy and figured I would share.
