Well got another newbie here. I have found my new addiction. SMOKING!!! I smoked my first meat yesterday. It was a drunk chicken. It was a little over done but man was the flavor awsome. Needless to say I have the smoker going again tonite and all I had in the freezer was a chuck roast and 15 dove. So here we go. And by the way thanks to all the members that have shared there knowledge of the smoke. It has really fed my craving to learn more. Updates commig soon. :sausage: Oh I am using a hand me down New Braunfels smoker and feedin it oak.

Well this is deff a leaning experience. Over cooked the chuck. But all tuhe greats started somewhere.
