This is a rub i love to use not only on meats, but seasoning fries and fresh tater chips. 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 cup salt 2.5 oz powdered mustard 2.5 oz paprika 2 oz onion soup mix 2 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes Mix together well. Then grind into powder with a coffee grinder. One of my favorite kitchen devices. One of my favorite seasoning.
