It was 70 in Kansas when my boy and I assembled the new Smoky Hollow propane smoker this week.

This morning we did not let a little late winter action get in our way!\

Spareribs in package.

Ribs rinsed, trimmed and rubbed.

Ribs in smoker with pecan wood.

MMM, fresh out of the smoker.

Sliced rib. They were very tender and tasty. Bones did not fall out, just a little tug was required.

Happy customer!!! He wants to do this again tomorrow!!!

Right on! Now Have your son roll a Mac & Cheese big fatty with little smokies in it. He will have a blast!

I did the 3-2-1 method. About three hours on the grate, then spritzed with apple juice and foiled for two hours. then out of the foil and back on the grate for about 45 minutes.

It is so much fun to have the kids involved, isn't it? nice job on the ribs!
