My first smoker!

My name is Chris, form Lexington KY.

Just picked up a Gen1 MES 30 (no window)  from Sportsman's Warehouse this weekend.  I decided on it after reading the forums here and feel it will fit my needs perfectly.  Ordered a AMNPS that should be here this week, also based on forum posts.  Going to try and smoke up some turkey breasts for Christmas Eve dinner next week.
