Here it is. My first pic post on SMF!!!!!

This is also my first attempt at smoking a PR. Turned out real good if I do say so myself.

I served the rib with twice backed potato's (stuffed with jack cheese, cubed ham, sour cream, black pepper and garlic salt.)

The corn was simple. I used corn shaved from the cob. Mixed it with milk and sugar and cooked it on a low heat (stove top).

Served a salad and some ice tea. Dinner!!!!!!!!

wahahhaha, i clicked on one of the pics and it linked me to another site(adultfriendfinder). NSFW for those that might get in trouble, but that wont stop me from clicking again. Nice rib, nice chicks

Nice smoke jeff, thanks for posting.
I only clicked on a few pics, not all, and it didn't take me to adultfriendfinder, but I have things running to prevent sites like that from opening, and I know many, many image hosting sites do link you to garbage pay sites...
Anyway, if I could just make a suggestion, post in a bit darker color? Mostly it was ok but the light blue corn line seemed a bit hard on the eyes.
Happy smokes, can't wait for some more Qview!

My computer is top notch with all the goodies(im a tech). I received the link once, and only once. Was a good link though:)

Nice potatoes

One of these days I am going to take some coins out of my 401k and buy a prime rib.

No really that looks great Jeff, looks mighty tasty.

Good looking prime rib! Thanks for the qview.

No lie! Even here in beef country prime rib like that is no bargain and never "on sale" for obvious reason I am sure.

Excellent roast and dinner, very well done. Points for a super first pic-post dinner!

Congrats on your fine looking PR.

I clicked on one of the pictures and it took me to the site to look at the photos. But then when I clicked "close window" it took me to a naughty site too.

Try Shutterfly or Photobucket.

I clicked through each pic and I got the link to (adultfinder), but after repeating the clicks I didn't direct me to that link. Since Ii cannot verify that it consistently links to (adultfinder), I'm not going to remove/delete at this time. Thanks for the warning, and if it happens agtain consistantly, report it ASAP. Thank you for your concern to keep this site family orientated.

Hey everyone. I'm really sorry about the link to my pics. I found an uploading site called "Image venue" to use. I had no idea it linked to other site's. Again my apologies all around.

Nice looking rib and welcome to SMF!

Another good host for pic's is Google Picasa and they have a nice offline tool as well.

Congrats on the smoked rib. It looks a little done for me, but I'm sure it was great none the less.

I did my first one for Easter dinner, and it was incredible.

They were on sale for $5.49/lb so I bought 4. I have 3 in the freezer now, and I swear, I hear them calling my name...I have one for Thanksgiving, one for Christmas, and one for, well, a rainy day?

Prime rib is my favorite cut of beef, and smoking one just kicks it up another level.

Points!

Some of you folks are new enough not to now the reason why we use the term "qview" or a variation of it-there were spammers out that used to slam SMF with all kinds of crap because folks were describing their picks as p**n. Jeff wanted to us to steer away from using p**n so Monty and I came up with a contest to replace the 'p' word. The winner was the term "qview". I know what you guys saw on the other site was in fact "p**n but lets try and keep this a family friendly site.

Thanks-
Dutch
