I smoked a ham in my MES 30 for 5 hours with cherry wood. I rubbed it in our favorite rub the let it sit a couple hours until it reached room temp. I did score it before I rubbed it.

I took it out at an IT of 145. Took 5 hours.

I thought it was over done and too smokey, but SWMBO and the kids liked it very much.

Next ham will be done with the recipe from the news letter.
