Smoker is at 265f just put the ribs on.
Off to a good start. Are planning on foiling or running straight through?
Think on this one I mite go straight through. I usually foil my pork ribs but I figure try something new I got the ribs for free any way. Thanks to the UofA meat market and my mom lol!!!!
What do you think should I foil and put BBQ sauce on at the end or dry and just dip in the sauce?
