My very first smoke!! These were soooo good. OMG the jus melted in ur mouth and fell apart at the bone. I used a pretty simple rub, just some garlic and onion powder and some black pepper. Plain, but simple for my first. The cook took 6 hours with 2 hours open, 2 hours covered and 2 hours open. with hickory giving itself up for our tast buds. and man was it tasty. Anyway. there ya go. i'm proud to show it off and just to let yall know i couldn't have done it without yalls advice. TYVM!!!
