Here it is: my first attempt at smoking meat - Pork Ribs.

I picked up a used Master Forge 36" ECB off Craigslist. I've seen all the mods for this model and am ready to do them, but I had to give it a test run in stock configuration as a benchmark.

Overall I think I did a pretty good job. The meat was just a tiny bit on the dry side, but the flavor was incredible. I learned a few things along the way and look forward to doing the mods to this thing to see if I can improve its efficiency. 

Thanks for teaching me so much right from the start.
