My first smoke/ grill

    Its nothing special but I wanted to share my first smoke/ grill since I joined. So I smoked some ground chuck burgers and New York strips. I used head country all purpose season and a tiny bit of garlic salt and pepper. They all smoked for about 1 hour @ 120 than I switched over to the grill for about 3 minutes per side.
