My first sausage

Great looking sausage but it sure looks like it has a cure in it...
That's what I thought!

Then Raptor double-checked with the butcher he got it from, the company that makes it, and the tech at the place that makes it.

They all said "No Cure in it", and the color was from the many hours of wood-smoke.

So Raptor did a test. He took my "Beef Stick" recipe, and mixed it without the TQ. Then he smoked it just like he smoked the stuff in this thread.

It came out looking like it was cured too.
