I baked them in an oven for an hour at 275 degrees. Let cool, marinated them in the fridge over night in 1 cup Soy sauce, 1 cup Sherry, and a few Tbsp of freshly grated Ginger. That's it ! Surprisingly simple. I smoked them with Hickory for 3 hours. Rotated and basted every hour using the left over marinade. They tasted sooooo good. A few neighbors followed their noses and came by for a treat.
