G'day all Well after buying a Hark upright 2 door smoker i was super excited to get my smoke on! My wifes first demand was her favourite meal when we went through the US last year..pulled pork! It turned out amazing. Thanks to all members for their contributions as i did a lot of reading on here to get the rub, recipe, technique and finishing sauce right. I even made my own BBQ sauce. So ive made this twice now, once before NYs and once on NYE as i hosted a NYE party at my place. Everyone loved it. Heres some pics Now! Brisket time!
