my first pork shoulder

smoked my first pork shoulder this weekend and came out pretty good. it was about 6 pounds and i smoked it about 9.5 hours. cant wait to try again so i can keep improving, thanks for everyones help, could not have done it without this sites help.ill try to post pictures soon. thanks again. by the way i use a char-griller pro and love it.
