Hello,

I'm new to the site and after doing some reading the fatty caught my attention.

1st: JD sausage, cheese tortellini, marinara, peperoni, onion, mushroom, green olives, asiago and parmesan cheese, topped with a little more parmesan, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

#2: Owens sausage, sliced onion, mushroom, bacon, cheddar and colby jack cheese, wrapped in bacon, and topped with a little craked pepper and bbq seasoning.

They were both great and much easier to prepare than I thought it was going to be. Thanks for the ideas!

Nice job, nice looking fattys. I am glad your learning from this site. Points to you!!!

Keep learning here. It's a great site.

Good luck,
Ron

Congrats on a great smoke, mighty tempting food you've served.

Great lookin' fatties! One trick I found on here for fatties is to use a 1 gal. ziplock bag to roll them out....gives you a nice, even thickness, and lets you stuff more tasty goodies inside!

Oh, and welcome to the forum! Looks like you're right on track....

I posted the pics and a description on a fishing/hunting forum I browse and they are going nuts about them there too!
