got BOGO free so figured why not, i rubbed it with garlic/onion granules and then used "pappy's prime rib rub" and olive oil.

on the smoker with a couple of butts.......


after a couple of hrs. and up to 150 i tossed it in a foil pan coverd for a couple more............


man this thing came out tender and juicy and pulled like a dream........

i was thinkin on a samich with sauted mushrooms, fresh jalepenos and those thin crispy onion rings.......i know what i'm haven for lunch!
